Traditional Uses – Has been used therapeutically for centuries, for it’s warming and fortifying properties. Very useful for soothing aching muscles, especially when there is a need to warm and promote movement. Can help soothe painful periods when used in warm water as a compress or mixed with base oil as a rub.
